Do I have to sign a long term contract? NO. PinLeague is a pay as you go service. There are no long term contracts and no commitments. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month and that’s it.
What types of payment do you accept? We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express directly, as well as PayPal. If you have any questions about this feel free to call us at (405)-309-2093.
Can I cancel at anytime? YES, you may cancel your account immediately at any time. Since payment is made upfront for each month of service, upon cancellation, PinLeague will honor its service through the end of your next billing cycle.
Can I change plans at any time? Absolutely. To change to a different level of service, add or delete competitors and that will change the number of pins being tracked for your account.
Will you tell me when my account increases to the next payment level? Upgrades are automatic and we will let you know as soon as it happens. There is a 48-hour window that you can notify us if you don’t want to upgrade.
How often will my data be updated? Data will refresh every night starting at midnight.
Will my competitors be notified when you start tracking them for me? No. That can be our little secret!
